Delivery

We deliver across Nairobi and arrange countrywide delivery. Delivery timing and cost are confirmed before dispatch.

Returns and exchanges

Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged when unworn and returned with original tags. Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return, but we will work with you on fit adjustments.

Books and printing

Rented books must be returned by the agreed date. Printing orders are confirmed and priced before production begins.
